We’re based in Manchester and serve the wider area, including Salford, Stockport, Didsbury, Chorlton, and surrounding towns. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, just get in touch - we’re happy to confirm.

Do you provide free quotes?

Yes - all our quotes are free and no-obligation. We can give estimates remotely via photos or a short video call. Alternatively, we’re happy to visit if you prefer and for larger or more detailed jobs.

How soon can you start?

It depends on the size of the job and our current schedule. We’ll always try to accommodate your timeframe and we’re flexible with evenings or weekends where needed. Contact us to check current availability.

What happens after I accept a quote?

Once you’ve approved the quote, we’ll agree a start date and confirm everything in writing. We’ll stay in touch before the job begins and arrive on the agreed day, fully prepared.

Can you help me choose colours or finishes?

Absolutely. We regularly advise customers on colour choices, feature wall ideas and the best paint finishes for each space. Whether you need design input or practical advice, we’re here to help.

Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?

If you’re able to move small or valuable items, that’s helpful - but for larger furniture, we’re happy to work around it or move it safely ourselves. We protect all floors and furnishings as standard.

Will you clean up after the job?

Yes - we leave every space clean and tidy. That includes removing all masking, bagging waste and wiping down surfaces. Most customers tell us they’re surprised how little disruption we cause.

What kind of surfaces can you pressure wash?

We can safely pressure wash patios, driveways, decking, fencing, garden walls and some building exteriors. We’ll always assess the material first and use the right pressure to avoid damage.

How is pricing calculated?

Our quotes are based on the size of the space, the surface condition, and the type of finish required. We’ll always explain costs clearly up front, so there are no surprises.

Are you insured?

Yes - we’re fully insured for both residential and commercial work. We take safety and professionalism seriously and can provide documents or risk assessments if required.

Do you offer guarantees or warranties?

Yes - we stand by the quality of our work. All painting and decorating jobs come with a workmanship guarantee, covering issues like peeling, flaking or poor adhesion due to application faults (not product failure).
